How it works

Every intake bike is checked against police and community registries.
If identified as stolen, it’s returned to the rightful owner.
Exchange bikes are tagged with a unique Pedal Forward plate for easy ID and ongoing support.
This program is about community safety, mobility, and dignity — not blame.
